Academic year dates

The Academic year at ISSR starts in August and ends in June. The academic year has two terms, the fall term, and the spring term.

Academic year 2024–2025

Fall term 2024

  • First day of school: August 15
  • Fall break (week 44): October 28–November 1
  • Last day of fall term: December 20

Spring term 2025

  • First day of spring term: January 7
  • Sports break (week 9): February 24–February 28
  • Spring break (week 16): April 14–17
  • Last day of school and DP2 utspring: June 12

Fall term 2025

  • First day of school (roll-call): August 19
  • Fall break (week 44): October 27-31
  • Last day of fall term: December 19

After school care

After school care (fritids) is generally open during school holidays.

ISSR Assessment test

ISSR IB Assessment test for 9th grade students will take place at ISSR on Tuesday 4 March at 13.00–15.00.
